You will learn how to lead effectively within our high-performing coaching culture, empowering you to grow and excel within the JOEY Restaurant Business and Community.
As a Culinary Leader, your contributions will directly impact the success of our multi-million-dollar establishment and its talented team. You will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and nurturing a high-performing team of 50-100 individuals, while also driving their personal and professional growth. Your role will involve executing quarterly strategic planning goals while maintaining the highest standards in product quality, profitability, and customer experience.
