The Customer Account Executive will manage the entire revenue lifecycle across mid-market and enterprise accounts, from strategic discovery to closing, expansion, and realizing long-term value. This role demands a driven, high-achieving salesperson who not only meets but consistently surpasses their targets.
You will thrive in intricate purchasing environments, fostering executive-level trust and propelling sustainable revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership & Target Achievement
- Own, develop, and finalize a robust pipeline of opportunities with an expectation to exceed revenue goals.
- Lead full-cycle sales processes including business and technical discovery, solution alignment, business case development, negotiation, and closure.
- Identify and capitalize on strategic expansion opportunities.
- Design a territory strategy aimed at consistent overperformance.
Executive Engagement & Deal Strategy
- Conduct high-impact discovery meetings with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Convert AI-driven capabilities into clear business outcomes and ROI stories.
- Craft value-based proposals tailored to customer success metrics.
- Navigate complex buying committees and multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
- Anticipate competitive shifts to proactively mitigate deal risks.
Guiding Customer Engagement
- Assist prospects in navigating technical, operational, and organizational complexities.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting to devise outcome-oriented solutions.
- Partner with Customer Success to guarantee smooth transitions and lasting expansions.
- Function as a trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.
Operational Excellence & Forecast Discipline
- Ensure rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy within CRM.
- Implement structured sales methodologies to enhance deal velocity and predictability.
