Jobber is looking for a Customer Analytics Manager (Post-Sales) to join the Analytics & Insights team in Toronto. This position centers on using data to influence business decisions and improve the experience for small business customers after they purchase Jobber’s services.

Role overview

The Customer Analytics Manager leads a team focused on the post-sales journey. This includes onboarding, support, account management, engagement, retention, expansion, and overall customer value. The role blends people leadership, strategic collaboration, and hands-on analytical work to uncover what drives customer success at Jobber.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor analysts working on post-sales customer touchpoints.
  • Develop insights and analytics to support customer success after the sale.
  • Collaborate with teams across Jobber to encourage data-driven decisions.
  • Help shape strategies that improve engagement and retention for small business clients.

Team and reporting

This position is part of the broader Strategy & Analytics department, which connects data insights to all areas of Jobber’s operations. The Customer Analytics Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Analytics.
