Your Role

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience with our platform. You will serve as the primary contact for users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maximizing the value they derive from Peec AI. This position involves collaboration with customers, product development, and engineering teams to enhance support services, refine onboarding processes, and scale our customer experience as we expand. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual early in their career who thrives on helping others, learning rapidly, and taking initiative in a fast-paced startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing answers, guidance, problem resolution, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Engage with leading brands and agencies through calls, ensuring they feel supported and valued across our product and engineering teams.
  • Contribute to the design and scaling of our customer experience processes, including developing a help center and enhancing in-app onboarding.
  • Support the execution of customer initiatives such as events, webinars, and AMA sessions to foster community engagement and growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by delivering actionable insights to marketing, sales, and product development teams.

What We Seek

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Support, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver who is dedicated to going above and beyond for customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, whether through email, chat, or live conversations.
  • A strong desire to learn quickly, grow with the team, and embrace significant responsibilities.
  • Fluency in the German language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SaaS, B2B software, or customer experience tools is a plus.
