  • Creating AI-driven customer support systems encompassing chat, email, SMS, and voice, along with a proprietary CRM platform ensuring an efficient and high-quality customer experience.
  • Implementing 360° vehicle photography and interactive merchandising using state-of-the-art computer vision and AI techniques.
  • Building the most advanced and self-service automotive lending platform globally.
  • Designing systems and tools that support a nationwide logistics network, having delivered and picked up over 3 million cars through our fully owned fleet of automotive haulers, efficiently managing the distribution to 85% of US driveways.
  • Creating enterprise-grade systems for operating the largest vehicle reconditioning facilities in the US, featuring workflow automation that guides mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic work to meet our high standards.
  • Adopting and customizing AI tools early on to enhance our developers' efficiency and experience.
