We are currently looking for skilled Customer Experience (CX) professionals who have a deep interest in derivative products, including futures and options. As part of the Advanced Services team, you will assist customers—including high-value clients—navigate complex topics such as margin, options, and futures. Robinhood Derivatives, LLC aims to deliver an unparalleled futures product, with plans to expand into options on futures and forex across various account types.
In this role, you will help define the brand identity of this dynamic product suite while supporting customers in executing sophisticated investment strategies aligned with their financial goals.

Work Arrangement: This role is based in our offices located in Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; and Westlake, TX. Expect in-person attendance five days a week during the nine-week onboarding period, transitioning to three days every other week thereafter.
