As a Customer Service Account Executive, you'll tackle a range of responsibilities, including answering technical queries, resolving billing concerns, and promoting our innovative products and services, including XFINITY HOME. Your goal is to ensure customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience.
To thrive in this position, you will need sound judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to think creatively to provide timely and effective solutions. A high school diploma or equivalent is needed, along with flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.
