Job Duties & Responsibilities Promptly receive and respond to inbound customer calls, support cases, and email inquiries in a professional manner. Accurately process and manage customer sales orders, returns, and relevant transactional data. Assist customers with product inquiries, selection, and troubleshooting. Provide effective solutions for order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery challenges. Resolve product or service complaints by identifying issues, determining root causes, proposing solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain and update customer accounts in company databases. Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to relay feedback for process enhancements. Stay informed of current products, promotions, and company policies. Monitor and address customer reviews across various platforms, escalating issues as necessary. Manage eCommerce marketplace customer service, ensuring timely case resolution while adhering to channel policies. Document support interactions and create reports as needed. Aim to meet or surpass team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction standards.

Position Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist acts as a trusted intermediary between our customers and our brand, ensuring a seamless interaction across phone, email, and digital platforms. This position provides detailed product and service information, assists with order placement and fulfillment, and effectively resolves customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. Beyond traditional support tasks, the Specialist also manages customer reviews, oversees service inquiries across eCommerce platforms, and collaborates closely with Sales, Fulfillment, and Operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
