Qualifications:We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing environment. Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to identify trends and create pivot tables in Excel. Quick learner with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A collaborative team player who is proactive in completing tasks. Creative thinker and problem solver with a strategic mindset. Experience in monitoring and evaluating KPIs. Process-oriented with a focus on proactive planning and scheduling. Familiarity with Excel, Knime, SQL, Photoshop, and CRM platforms is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

This position offers extensive collaboration across various departments, including Marketing, Analytics, Brand, Product, and Customer Service. It's an ideal chance to immerse yourself in the workings of a leading gaming company while making a tangible impact.

Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Growth Associate, you will:

  • Assist in the comprehensive promotion creation process for the Casino, encompassing design, testing, setup, publishing, quality assurance, fulfillment, and in-app merchandising.
  • Track and report on the performance of Casino promotions, including our loyalty program, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns across all customer segments.
  • Enhance the quality and efficiency of Growth Operations processes, focusing on delivering impactful promotions while continuously refining our methods.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to plan and implement promotional campaigns and long-term strategic improvements.
  • Serve as a key resource on customer experience, offering feedback on strategic challenges and opportunities.
