About the Role
As a Customer Operations Associate, you will oversee the complete operational process for our customers. This role is crucial in driving automation, optimizing invoice management, and enabling actionable insights that are vital for our clients’ success. You will actively identify opportunities to enhance our products and elevate the customer experience, collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering teams. This position is based in our Chicago office and requires on-site presence.
