As the Customer Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for our customers within the ETO Hub. Your role will involve guiding clients through the entire order-to-delivery process, ensuring their specifications are expertly translated into high-quality solutions. This position uniquely combines technical acumen with customer engagement, allowing your impact to resonate across engineering, operations, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, ensuring effective and confident communication.
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in negotiations with clients and internal teams to address technical and delivery requirements.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews and manage any scope modifications.
- Oversee both technical and commercial dimensions of each project from inception to completion.
- Monitor inventory needs and proactively escalate potential risks.
- Deliver regular updates regarding delivery schedules, including potential site visits to customer or EPC locations.
- Foster strong relationships across engineering, applications, finance, and operations teams.
- Develop detailed project plans and influence delivery timelines effectively.
- Create cost estimates and present viable solutions to senior management.
