Salary: Starting at £24,000 per year, with potential to increase to £25,500 as you reach key milestones.

Eligibility: All employees must provide proof of their eligibility to work in the UK prior to starting.
This is a full-time role dedicated to inbound telephony services. Induction is scheduled for October 27, 2025, with applications closing on October 20, 2025.

Our office is situated in the heart of Maidstone (ME14), with convenient local parking options. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
We operate a hybrid work model, requiring a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection. The initial three weeks will require in-office attendance for induction, followed by a minimum of two days per week in the office thereafter.
