Shift Requirements: The role requires availability from 7 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 9 PM. Our team members should be prepared to work 7 days a week, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

Starting at a competitive $17/hour, you will have the opportunity to grow your earnings based on performance. With our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, you can increase your pay within your first year:
- Pay Range: $17 - $19 hourly
- Starting Pay: $17/hour
- At 3 Months: $17.50/hour
- At 6 Months: $18/hour
Exceptional performers can progress from $17/hour to $19/hour and enjoy merit increases every 90 days!
