Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of customer service or account support experience, ideally in a B2B, manufacturing, supply chain, or order processing environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with customer service and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail abilities. Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work remotely. Availability Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as required.

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel division. This position is integral as the main contact for our dealer accounts across the nation, focusing on managing customer inquiries, resolving complex issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and account retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support contact for all warranty claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relations with assigned accounts.
  • Manage all communications from dealers through phone, email, and Salesforce.
  • Proactively address warranty claims with customers.
  • Process customer warranty claims, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Ensure all calls, emails, and Dealer Portal inquiries are handled efficiently and knowledgeably.
  • Keep detailed records within CRM and internal systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks and support activities.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
