What Will You Do?
In this position as a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on communication with (international) customers. You will be joining a global logistics service provider for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 3 months. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via email while collaborating closely with the logistics team. Additionally, you will proactively update our customers on the status of their orders and resolve any potential issues professionally. Your key responsibilities will include:
Updating outstanding emails every morning;
Actively monitoring the status of shipments;
Coordinating with the logistics team to resolve complaints and establish deadlines;
Proactively informing customers about agreed deadlines and solutions to complaints;
Communicating arrival and departure times of orders to (international) customers.
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, with workdays from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
