Track and analyze usage trends to detect renewal risks and promote increased adoption rates. Collaborate across teams within Datadog (support, product, finance, and legal) to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. Who You Are:You have a customer-centric mindset, always aiming to provide exceptional value. You are motivated by a career in sales and eager to grow within Customer Success. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with meticulous attention to detail. You have experience in independently negotiating contract terms and addressing pricing objections during upsell and cross-sell efforts.0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with aspirations to advance in Customer Success. You are passionate about establishing long-lasting relationships.
