Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Customer Success Engineer at Galileo, you will be instrumental in shaping and expanding our Customer Success organization and playbook.
- Onboarding & Implementation: Assist customers with initial setup and platform adoption, facilitating seamless integration with their existing GenAI workflows and infrastructure.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate with clients to customize solutions that meet their specific needs, utilizing our platform's capabilities for effective GenAI evaluation and monitoring.
- Go-Live Support: Offer hands-on technical support during the launch phase, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that may arise.
