Qualifications
Qualifications7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a related customer-centric role. A strong advocacy for your customers, acting as an extension of their team within MongoDB. A technological mindset; we will provide training on MongoDB and databases, but you should possess a natural curiosity and aptitude for technical concepts. The ability to operate autonomously, owning your customer portfolio and making pivotal decisions to drive successful outcomes, including when to escalate issues to the executive team. An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to adapt established processes and create new practices to optimize service for our customer segment. A collaborative team player, aligning closely with Sales, Professional Services, Tech Services, and the broader MongoDB ecosystem. Previous exposure to databases, cloud technologies, and infrastructure is advantageous. Fluent in German.
