Your Responsibilities:
Account Management: Proactively manage a B2B client portfolio focusing on retention and growth.
Strategic Consulting: Analyze needs to propose tailored solutions.
Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to create real value.
Customer Advocacy: Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product evolution.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to optimize the customer experience.
