Take ownership of customer issues, documenting and resolving them efficiently, while tracking the reasons for customer outreach and the resolutions provided. Focus on enhancing the customer and business experience by addressing issues with urgency and providing value. Contribute to process improvement by sharing observations and suggestions to continually enhance customer experience.
