Our Customer Support team consists of highly skilled professionals who are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Each member plays a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience when reaching out for assistance, asking questions, or providing feedback. The team efficiently manages all incoming service requests and communications related to the exchange, ensuring prompt and effective support.
The Role: Customer Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate at Gemini, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the swift resolution of inquiries. You will be dedicated to delivering clear and effective support, accurately addressing customer needs, while upholding our high standards of service.
We seek a driven, self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to make an immediate impact by providing reliable and efficient support to our customers.
This position requires in-person attendance 5 days a week at our Tempe, AZ office.
