Main Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and engage a team of Customer Support agents and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, regular feedback, and performance management. Manage real-time operations, ensuring optimal queue health, effective staffing, and smooth execution across in-house and BPO teams. Drive team performance against key KPIs (speed, quality, resolution, customer satisfaction), utilizing data to identify gaps and implement necessary improvements. Oversee customer support quality, including QA supervision, calibration alignment, and ongoing enhancement of the customer experience. Assist in hiring and onboarding new talent to strengthen the support team.
