This end-to-end solution enables users to access market data on a subscription basis through various charting applications.
Your Role:
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers by investigating and resolving issues, and escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, and engineers to enhance your knowledge and expertise in FinTech.
- Develop, review, and maintain tutorials to assist users in effectively utilizing charting applications.
- Document common support procedures for future reference.
- Test data integration into new applications and promptly report any issues identified.
