About the job

  • As the primary point of contact for our customers facing vehicle breakdowns, you will ensure their mobility is restored swiftly.
  • You will coordinate all necessary roadside assistance services, be it direct phone support, on-site repairs, or the arrangement of substitute mobility solutions.
  • Throughout the entire breakdown process, you will guide customers over the phone.
  • Accurate case documentation and recording in our system will also be part of your responsibilities.
