Join our dynamic Customer Support team as a Support Specialist! As a vital member of our team, you will assist our live customers with a variety of NMI software products through online ticketing systems. Your role will involve onboarding new customers while ensuring excellence in customer service.
If you possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, this position is perfect for you. You will work collaboratively within the support team and report directly to the Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for both new and existing customer accounts.
- Provide training on our onboarding and reporting tools for customers.
- Assist internal colleagues with inquiries related to our products.
- Update and create content for our knowledge garden, which serves as the external help desk portal for customer information.
- Maintain and generate internal documentation.
- Collaborate with acquirers and other teams to ensure customer solutions meet compliance standards.
