What You Will Do
As a Data Engineer in our newly formed Data Products team, you will be pivotal in shaping the quality and business value of our core data assets. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that serve various teams across Lighthouse. You will bridge the gap between our data and its business applications, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our data effectively meets consumer needs.
Where You Will Make an Impact
- Become the go-to expert for key data products, mastering the entire data lifecycle, quality, and business applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain both streaming and batch data pipelines that empower our products and internal analytics.
- Work directly with data consumers to comprehend their requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Enhance data quality, latency, and reliability across the organization.
- Adopt a product engineering mindset, prioritizing value delivery and business problem-solving through data.
- Be at the forefront of our AI evolution, embedding intelligence into our platform by building AI features and promoting an AI-first culture within the engineering team.
