About the Role
You will be part of the Data Platform team at Vestiaire Collective as a Data Engineering Manager, leading a dedicated group of 2 to 3 Senior Data Engineers.
Our compact and collaborative team is responsible for the ingestion, transformation, and machine learning infrastructure that drives the entire organization.
We focus our strategy on three key pillars: Governance Excellence, Platform Enablement, and AI Innovation. With a solid self-service foundation established, we are now embarking on an exciting phase, scaling our platform, enhancing efficiency, and equipping our infrastructure for the AI-driven future.
In this role, you will blend leadership, technical guidance, and project ownership. You will foster your team's development while ensuring the creation of a robust, scalable, and future-proof data platform.
