You will create engaging, personalized content that brings leads back into our process and deepens the relationship with interested prospects.You will set up campaigns directly in the CRM tool, manage targeting (e.g., audience segments, timing, automations), and ensure a clean execution including quality assurance.You will plan and conduct regular content A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, copy, layout, CTAs, send time), analyze results, and derive concrete optimizations to develop best practices and continuously improve our communication effectiveness.You will optimize the end-to-end customer experience around our campaigns—including landing pages, messaging consistency, and clear next steps for leads.You will manage incoming responses to our email campaigns through a shared inbox, structure inquiries, and develop automations and processes to efficiently categorize, route, and/or semi-automate responses.You will work closely with the data and tech teams to set up and further develop tracking, testing, inbox/routing logic, and campaign processes.You will ensure compliance with data protection and communication policies (e.g., GDPR) and consent processes.Your ProfileYou have experience in content creation—ideally within a CRM/lifecycle context—and understand how to activate and engage target audiences over the long term.You work data-driven and can translate test results into clear optimizations for our campaigns.
