Key Responsibilities:Develop and refine LLM-based evaluation models to assess the quality and performance of AI products. Design and implement automated quality assurance and evaluation pipelines for continuous monitoring of AI product performance. Participate in end-to-end model development, from problem identification and data exploration to deployment and monitoring. Manage forecasting models to enhance accuracy in collaboration with workforce management. Create and sustain data pipelines that integrate product signals and customer feedback for reliable evaluations. Establish observability frameworks to analyze model performance and identify failure points. Generate actionable insights from evaluation results to drive improvements and communicate findings to stakeholders. Iterate on machine learning models to enhance support efficiency.
