We are on the lookout for a talented Data Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic data team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, key stakeholders, and internal engineers to uncover, design, and create precise data visualizations that integrate multiple data sources. These visual representations empower development teams and stakeholders to make informed decisions for their services.
Your responsibilities may include utilizing Tableau to develop visualizations that track ticket trends, aiding internal support teams in making data-driven decisions. Additionally, you may assist stakeholders in identifying essential data for generating impactful visuals that facilitate better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Your typical week will involve a blend of creating new data visualizations, resolving data discrepancies, presenting your work, and planning future projects. We hold brief weekly planning meetings, ensuring ample time for focused work without frequent interruptions.
Quarterly, you will also engage in one-on-one meetings with your Line Manager to foster your personal and professional development within the team.
As our team is diverse and geographically dispersed, effective asynchronous collaboration is essential. You will be supported by a Service Manager to help with planning and prioritization. We take great pride in the quality of our work, our delivery practices, the thoroughness of our testing, and the documentation we produce. Success in this role is measured by your ability to engage and deliver collaboratively with the team in a manner that is both stable and sustainable. We prioritize predictability and avoid unrealistic deadlines that lead to rushed work or compromised quality.
