Second Front Systems (2F) is on the lookout for a resourceful and enthusiastic individual to spearhead our Operations, Events, and Communications in the Washington DC area. You will play a crucial role in formulating the events strategy for the DC region to support the deployment and scaling of our groundbreaking Game Warden platform, an industry-leading tool facilitating the secure adoption of mission-critical SaaS solutions for the U. Note: U. S. citizenship is required for this role due to government contract stipulations. Candidates must reside in the DC/Maryland/Virginia area.
What You’ll Do
Plan and execute engaging events for 2F, including Offset Symposium, executive dinners, client engagements, podcast recordings, and corporate hospitality events (e.g., Capital One Suite).
Oversee logistics for high-level engagements at industry conferences and travel, including quarterly events like SXSW, AFCEA West, and other government/defense technology meetups.
Coordinate with event vendors, venues, catering, travel arrangements, schedules, materials, and post-event follow-ups.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to support the execution of significant brand events, especially within the DC area.
Manage an events calendar to ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams.
Facilitate podcast scheduling, guest coordination, and production logistics.
Assist with internal communications, messaging, and content coordination related to events and company culture.
Act as the primary point of contact for our Arlington office, overseeing supplies, space organization, vendor coordination, and visitor support.
Ensure the office environment is a well-managed, welcoming resource for employees and guests.
