We are currently on the lookout for a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to be a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering behavioral health services to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Apply behavior management techniques following the principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate in the creation and execution of personalized care plans.
- Deliver direct patient care employing various behavioral therapy methods.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each patient.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
- Previous experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
- Solid understanding of behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.
