Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Risk Engineer to become an integral part of our founding team, responsible for architecting top-tier risk infrastructure for our institutional DeFi vaults, which manage over $1 billion in assets. In this pivotal role, you will design automated monitoring systems, assess protocol risks, and implement protective measures that enable competitive yield generation while safeguarding billions in digital assets. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you'll develop foundational risk systems that are poised to adapt and grow alongside our expanding platform. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of DeFi mechanics who thrives on solving complex risk challenges and aims to influence the adoption of institutional DeFi.
This role is based in one of our North American hubs with a requirement to be in the office four times a week.
