Role overview
The DevSecOps Engineer joins the DevOps team to lead security initiatives for Resident’s cloud and production environments. This position focuses on designing and implementing security controls in AWS and GCP, hardening infrastructure, and securing Kubernetes clusters. The main objective is to maintain and improve platform security as the company grows.
Collaboration with DevOps, R&D, Product, and Data teams is central to this role. The DevSecOps Engineer integrates security practices into the software development lifecycle, drives cross-team security projects, and works to elevate security standards throughout the organization.
Location and work model
This hybrid position is based in Tel Aviv. In-person attendance at the R&D site is required two days each week.
