Role Overview: Digital Account Manager
The Digital Account Manager joins the Client Services Department and plays a key part in acquiring new clients, retaining existing relationships, and driving account growth through attentive service. This position centers on building strong connections with clients, ensuring clear communication, and providing strategic advice tailored to each client’s goals.
Success in this role relies on a strong grasp of digital marketing. The Digital Account Manager plans and executes international digital campaigns, balancing data-driven insights with a sharp focus on client objectives. The role involves translating digital marketing concepts for both clients and internal teams, managing projects across cultures and time zones, and keeping quality, profitability, and performance at the forefront.
What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact
- Lead and support the planning and execution of international digital marketing campaigns
- Communicate digital marketing strategies and results to clients and team members
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and production teams to deliver projects on time and to standard
- Prioritize quality, account growth, and profitability in all client engagements
- Apply and expand account management and strategic planning skills through hands-on project delivery
Key Skills and Experience
