Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee digital engagement strategies, including in-application messaging, guided product experiences, knowledge bases, and lifecycle communications to bolster customer onboarding, feature adoption, and retention goals. Examine user behavior, engagement metrics, and product usage statistics to discern trends, identify experience gaps, and propose data-driven enhancements to digital touchpoints. Set up and maintain digital experience components within approved platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and customer experience expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer success, marketing, and operations, to ensure digital experience initiatives resonate with product updates, customer lifecycle milestones, and corporate objectives. Plan and coordinate digital experience projects, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics while tracking progress and mitigating risks according to established guidelines. Assess the impact of digital engagement initiatives through performance analytics, experimentation, and structured feedback, meticulously documenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
