Regionaal Energieloket, part of REL Groep and located in Amsterdam, helps municipalities and residents make homes and neighborhoods more sustainable. The Digital Lead for Energy Transition focuses on expanding the reach, quality, and revenue of digital services that support these sustainability efforts.
Main responsibilities
- Product strategy and roadmap (30%): Define the direction for digital products by translating customer feedback and data into a clear product roadmap. Maintain product-market fit and make informed decisions about which features to prioritize or decline.
- Customer relations and retention (30%): Contribute to new product sales, regularly collect input from municipalities, and present product updates. Prioritize customer satisfaction and renewals, building trust even when challenges arise.
- Collaboration with development (25%): Work closely with Frankie and the development team. Understand technical aspects, write user stories, and create prototypes to quickly show value to customers. This includes using AI tools and experimenting with new coding approaches.
- Data, SEO, and dashboarding (15%): Monitor traffic using GA4, develop dashboards for municipalities, and provide proactive advice based on search and usage data. Ensure digital services remain visible and accessible.
The percentages above serve as guidelines. The Digital Lead will decide which tasks to prioritize for the greatest impact, as the team operates in a self-managing way.
Team and collaboration
This position leads digital services in partnership with development, sales, and business development teams. Daily collaboration includes working with Frankie (Team Lead Development), Noi, Robbert, and Hendrik-Jan (Development). Loes (Strategy) will be a key strategic partner, while Bob and his team (Systems) manage CRM infrastructure to support these efforts.
