Role Overview: Director of Business Development, Greater China
Ideals holds a leadership position in Greater China, operating from five offices. The team has built strong advisory relationships and specializes in life sciences and financial services, using a community-driven approach that has delivered double-digit revenue growth for eight years in a row.
This Director role is designed for a sales leader ready to accelerate this momentum. The position builds on an established revenue base, a trusted brand in the China M&A and biotech sectors, and a proven go-to-market strategy. The Director will expand into new sectors and deepen relationships with key decision makers in the region.
