About the role
Position Summary
As the Director of Data Management & Visualization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end data and visualization processes. This includes the collection, aggregation, quality assurance, processing, and visualization of data for a key client. Additionally, you will act as a consultant to all Mediabrands stakeholders. This position also involves leading a high-performing team of managers and analysts, ensuring the effective management of both internal and external client data and visualization needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Ownership: Take full responsibility for a business unit or portfolio, ensuring delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
- New Business Setup: Spearhead the establishment of new accounts and businesses from the ground up, including systems, processes, and data flow design.
- Data Migrations: Oversee and manage large-scale data migration projects and similarly complex assignments.
- Consistent Processes: Implement standardized processes across all Mediabrands clients.
- Campaign Naming Conventions: Develop and promote the adoption of consistent campaign naming structures across various platforms and reporting environments.
- Data Integration: Prepare and incorporate external datasets, including first-party and non-standard digital inputs, into analytical workflows.
- Data Quality & Anomaly Detection: Establish quality assurance processes and anomaly detection to maintain data integrity across all deliverables.
- Leadership Skills and Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to promote the adoption of data solutions.
- Ensure high-quality output from both onshore and offshore teams.
- Media Platform Knowledge:
- Campaign Management: CM360, DSPs.
- Social Media: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.
- Search Engines: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.
