The Role
To further our vision of Enterprise AI, we are seeking an experienced leader to cultivate and direct our team of Enterprise Architects.
This influential leadership role requires a rare combination of extensive technical knowledge, adept people management skills, and a strong executive presence. You will represent the company at an executive level, presenting confidently to C-level clients and guiding your team in translating strategic objectives into practical technical solutions.
Your primary objective will be to lead and empower a team that plays a crucial role in supporting our expanding sales organization in meeting revenue targets. You will ensure your team effectively addresses technical challenges by building robust partnerships with leadership across Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Operations, and Information Security teams.
Measures of Success
Your success will be gauged by your team's outcomes, including customer acquisition rates, retention, upselling, and your overall contribution to the sales team's success and business growth.
The work you’ll do:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and oversee a team of Enterprise Architects responsible for defining the architecture, data, and cloud strategies for our largest client accounts.
- Executive Engagement: Serve as an executive sponsor during pre-sales and post-sales processes, articulating strategic visions to C-level executives while engaging with client architecture and security teams.
- Drive Strategic Innovation: Lead your team in designing architectures that facilitate enterprise modernization, utilizing capability mapping, and exploring innovative solutions with emerging technologies like Agentic AI.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Function as the leadership liaison between our product and engineering teams at Celonis and client teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional technical services.
- Ecosystem & Readiness: Oversee the evaluation of the IT landscape maturity of our customer base, ensuring your team effectively coaches Celonis account teams and ecosystem partners on architecture, integration, performance, and scalability.
- Thought Leadership: Guide the creation of reusable project assets, as well as customer-facing position papers and thought leadership presentations on architecture and innovation with Celonis.
