As the Director of Growth Analytics, you will play a crucial role in overseeing reporting and audience insights for one of our key clients. You will also act as a strategic adviser for Mediabrands planning teams. This position involves daily management of both internal and external client needs, along with leading a high-performing team of analytics managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital media performance by defining relevant KPIs and establishing measurement frameworks.
- Develop reporting solutions, including automated dashboards and enhanced data visualization tools using platforms like Power BI.
- Formulate and assess audience strategies to identify high-value segments for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with strategic business units and third-party vendors to scale audience activation initiatives.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership within both client and agency environments.
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals to achieve departmental goals.
