Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop the vision and roadmap for Xometry’s supplier network, encompassing segmentation, tiering, and performance metrics. Create and implement incentive programs and engagement strategies to enhance partner quality, retention, and growth. Collaborate with Partner Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure effective program development, implementation, and communication. Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports focused on supplier acquisition, onboarding, and activation. Monitor KPIs and analyze supplier behavior to refine and enhance programs.
