We are looking for an accomplished and driven individual to join our team as the Director of Product Analytics. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the advancement of systems for enrichment, correlation, and identity analysis, transforming dark web, malware, and identity data into actionable intelligence. This position is central to SpyCloud's data lifecycle, influencing how new data sources and identity signals are integrated, enriched, and correlated to expose compromised data, identify vulnerable employees, and highlight emerging risks within the digital identity realm.
As the leader of an expanding team of product and analytics experts, you will develop and implement a forward-thinking analytics strategy that addresses the evolving needs of SpyCloud's customers, providing next-generation insights through traditional data science and advanced AI analysis techniques.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Security Research, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to enhance the accuracy, scalability, and contextual identity of SpyCloud's intelligence signals. You will also be instrumental in creating a centralized analytics platform utilized by all SpyCloud products and accessible to partners and customers through API/MCP for automation and integration.
This cross-functional leadership position requires both technical expertise and strategic foresight. You will adeptly balance investments in scalability, depth of intelligence, quality of identity insights, and cost efficiency while cooperating with downstream product teams to convert signals into impactful detections, dashboards, and identity risk alerts.
