What We Seek:A seasoned leader with over 3 years of experience in high-growth Data, AI, or Infrastructure sectors, successfully guiding sales teams to achieve outstanding results. Expertise in translating complex technical products into compelling business value for C-suite executives; familiarity with big data and experience in competitive landscapes like open source or freemium models is advantageous. A proven track record of meeting personal and team objectives while continuously enhancing skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, develop, and empower teams with a collaborative mindset. Strong coaching skills to develop Account Executives in essential sales fundamentals including prospecting and personal growth. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, especially in presentations to C-suite executives. Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and engage directly in sales activities to meet targets. Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
