Our team, composed of musicians, designers, visual artists, and engineers, collaborates in our vibrant waterfront office in San Francisco, where creativity thrives.Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate Social Media and Community Lead to manage and elevate Krea’s presence across social media platforms and within our creator community.Key Responsibilities:Develop and expand Krea's social media presence on platforms such as X, Instagram, and others.Facilitate, moderate, and enhance the Krea Discord community to ensure it is welcoming, engaging, and valuable.Collaborate with creative and product teams to create and curate compelling social media content.Lead community initiatives, product launches, and maintain communication with Krea’s creator program.Engage with users, creators, and the wider creative AI community.Collect and relay insights, feedback, and community sentiment to the product and creative teams.Help shape the tone, voice, and culture of Krea’s community.Qualifications:Proven experience in managing social media and online communities, particularly for creative or consumer-focused products.Deep understanding of creative culture and the dynamics of content sharing across various platforms.A creative background or hands-on experience in content creation (visual, video, or writing).Comfortable managing Discord communities and community engagement initiatives.Excellent communication skills coupled with sound judgment and taste.Strong interest in creative tools, AI technologies, and emerging creative communities.
