This position is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located within a commutable distance to our Mexico City office.
Role Overview:
We are in search of a visionary leader to join our marketing team, overseeing all aspects of Web and Digital Experience across our three vibrant brands: Sequoia, Transform, and SemperVirens. In this pivotal role, you'll set and drive the strategy for creating compelling digital experiences that attract, inspire, engage, and convert prospective clients for each brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall web strategy, including site updates, landing page experiences, testing, and optimization to bolster acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Web Engineering, Creative, and Product teams to develop site experiences for campaigns, product initiatives, tests, and ongoing programs, ensuring precise messaging, timing, and execution capabilities.
- Continuously improve user experience through an ongoing web experience roadmap and weekly sprint planning aligned with both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Analyze and monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generating data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies and reveal opportunities to enhance the web experience.
