As a key member of our Web Experience team, the Web Experience Coordinator will thrive in a dynamic environment equipped with modern platforms and integrated marketing technology tools. You will play an essential role in managing, supporting, and enhancing the digital experience on our corporate website and client portal. Your responsibilities will range from designing or updating homepage layouts and online campaigns to tracking web page performance and collaborating with other marketing teams. You will develop new skills and gain proficiency in website research, traffic analysis, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Create new homepage layouts or update existing ones for our website and online campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members from Design, Content, Product, and Regional Marketing to develop new homepage templates and intuitive online experiences.
- Optimize webpage layouts based on feedback from various teams, including SEM, SEO, and web analysts.
- Coordinate the translation of web content into other languages using CMS workflows.
- Create and manage project tickets, assist with website maintenance, and conduct pre-launch testing for new features.
- Document our processes and standards, and develop presentations to train colleagues at headquarters or in regional offices.
- Assist in the onboarding and support of freelancers and digital agencies we collaborate with.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Business Technology, or equivalent training/experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Good grasp of websites, webpage management, or experience managing a website.
- Proficient in French and English, both spoken and written (this role requires interaction with international colleagues and clients).
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical experience in related fields will be considered a plus.
