As a distinguished leader within our Search team, you will bridge our core technologies, including Elasticsearch and our GPU-based inference service, with the strategic needs of our clients. Your expertise will guide the development of market-leading applications that address essential business requirements. You will be at the forefront of designing the architecture and vision for Elastic’s Search products, ensuring that utilizing Elasticsearch for application development, agents, or as a context engineering platform is intuitive and efficient while maintaining the flexibility to customize every facet of search and relevance. We seek a visionary technology and engineering leader at the Distinguished Engineer level to help us achieve our ambitious objectives.
