About the Role
The Distribution Channel Account Manager will report directly to the Manager of Global Distribution and Operations, with a focus on cultivating pipeline and channel revenue through Broadline Distribution and specialty distribution partners. This role demands a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a robust network within the channel ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily recruitment and relationship management of distribution partners.
- Serve as the key liaison between Keeper and assigned distributors.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both current and prospective distributors.
- Establish productive, professional connections with key sales and channel personnel in assigned accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support and management resources, to achieve distribution performance goals and meet partner expectations.
- Achieve set targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
- Manage direct/channel conflict through effective communication between distribution/channel and direct sales teams.
