General Summary:

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in acquiring new partners, expanding our partner base, and promoting cutting-edge software solutions. Collaborating closely with our Sales team, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and drive new business opportunities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings for informed decision-making.
  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Achieve personal annual sales growth targets based on total opportunities.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively managing both existing customer relationships and new partner acquisitions.
  • Identify and engage prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile within your designated territory.
  • Adhere to ConnectWise's value-driven sales process.
  • Utilize cold calling and email outreach for prospecting new accounts, and conduct business reviews with existing clients.
  • Close sales in alignment with ConnectWise's pricing, margin, terms, and conditions standards.
